"Press any key to continue"

Hallo,

ich bin noch blutiger Anfänger in Java, aber ich würd gern mal wissen ob es eine Methode gibt die mir auf der Konsole "Press any key to continue..." ausgibt und dann auf einen Tastendruck wartet´.
